This is a heavenly lit, beautiful and spacious one bedroom top floor apartment in the heart of Williamsburg. Somehow it's incredibly quiet, on a slow street yet centrally located. The closest train, the L, is a five minute walk and the J a seven minute walk. By biking over the Williamsburg Bridge, you can be in lower Manhattan in 10 minutes.

The space is all white and meticulously clean. I am looking for someone to be a steward of this beautiful apartment while I'm away for the month.

Two flights of stairs to get to the apartment, brand new laundromat less than a block away, semi furnished, lots of light, all white apartment.

Water and WiFi is included in the rent but air conditioning is an additional utility expense.

No pets or guests allowed.
