This is a massive apartment located on Manhattan Avenue in Greenpoint, close to many of the best shops, restaurants and bars in NYC (the neighbourhood is very well stocked on this front these days), as well as being steps away from the nearest subway station.

The space is fully furnished and consists of a large kitchen (with all the utensils that you'll need), a dining area, an office space, a living room complete with everything that you could need to make yourself comfortable and a massive bedroom complete with a king sized bed.

The morning light comes in through the kitchen and the afternoon sun comes through the living room in the afternoon so it's nice and bright in the apartment all day.

There are two giant wardrobes which will be left empty, in addition to a large chest of drawers and two sets of additional clothes hanging/storage space. The bathroom is small but has a bath/shower.

It's a really amazing space in a perfect location in one of the best neighborhoods in NYC. Transmitter Park is a 5min walk, with some of the best Manhattan views around, McCarren is a 10min walk if you need more greenery, but McGolrick is actually the prettiest park nearby, about 15mins.

Just take a look at the photos to see how charming it is.

A couple of things to note:

1) The is a second floor walk up
2) There is no laundry in the building (but there is one about three doors down - it's awesome, the staff are super nice and there's a speakeasy pinball bar out the back)
3) I would greatly appreciate it if you'd water my plants while you stay!

For this price you will not find a nicer, more spacious apt in a better neighborhood to stay.

This is my home, subletting is not a commerical enterprise for me, I'm just trying to recoup my rent while I'm away for a bit. As such, I'm looking for someone responsible who will treat it will respect - no parties, no loud music/noise, etc.

Can potentially be slightly flexible on dates either side (I'm talking a day or two, not weeks). I'm happy to consider people who only want to stay for part of the time I'm gone, and will obviously adjust price accordingly but priortity will be given to those wanting to stay longer. I am generally available to show the apartment, either in person or virtually.

I am the tenant of this apartment. I've lived in the neighborhood for 10 years now and really love it.

If you're not familair with the neighbourhood, I'm happy to provide a list of recommendations for good places to eat and drink (there are a ton), as well as things to do.

I'm not a neat freak but like to keep things tidy and I am always very conscious of ensuring that things are harmonious between myself and the other people living in the building.
