Beautiful, extremely spacious, 2 bedroom that is actually a 4 bedroom (railroad style layout — each room connects to each other) — huge kitchen, living room, home studio, and a bedroom. Prime location, a block away from the G train India st stop, and a block away from the India street ferry stop (one one stop to manhattan). The neighborhood is literally divine. So much around you, from amazing restaurants, stocked grocery stores, yoga studios, a sensory deprivation float studio (pls go, tell them I sent you). The bathroom is newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen, herbal teas + coffee stocked, built in home gym/yoga studio with TRX, dumbbells, kettlebell, yoga mat for use, bands, TV + peloton subscription (just workout vids). Picture of gym is old, I sold that equipment and installed a tv. Just I do have a tone of plants. You won’t need to water them. Only cons of this apt are no washer/dryer (but laundry a couple blocks away), no dishwasher. This apartment is sacred to me, and it has incredibly energy. I can’t have just anyone staying here. Please tell me about yourself, what your hobbies are, how you pass your time, what you love and what inspires you, what you do for work, and just a general synopsis of who you are as a person. I know that’s weird to ask…but if you don’t pass my vibe check, I’m sorry but I’m not sorry.
