- Prospect Park, Brooklyn Museum, Botanical Gardens, Brower Park, and more -- all within a 15 min radius. Across the street from Chavela's if you know where that is!
The Vibe:
- Chill, happy, open
- Dinner parties and friends over for chill drinks in the yard or TV nights etc.
- longhaired dachshund who will barks when he hears people at the door but otherwise is perfect.
You:
- Loves fun and quiet in equal measure: the building itself is pretty quiet so we like to keep the peace.
- Clean: no need to scrub the floors with a toothbrush but there's three of us so the kitchen always runs the risk of getting too messy.
- Must love dogs
- Roommates are two women in late 20s, one of whom WFH and other works in office. Friendly and clean! One works from home as a brand strategist and the other works in an office for a labor union.
- I love gardening and am always looking for an extra pair of hands
- I care about keeping common areas clean more out of a desire for mutual respect than being a neat freak. Since we all use the kitchen a lot I want to make sure it's ready for you to use whenever and vice versa!
Current tenant
From the landlord:
1. Contact info and copy of driver's license.
2. Credit report - they can generate their own online; preferably from creditkarma.com (make sure their name appears on same page as credit score).
3. Income verification (Employment pay stubs, 1099, W-2, tax returns etc).
4. Financials (funds in bank, savings, checking, mutual funds, etc).
Or: a guarantor to co-sign. The guarantor will need to provide us with all the above.
