I am subletting my space as I am relocating to Italy to attend some family matters. The room is available for 10 days until August the 1st, but I am open also to discuss if you are interested in taking over my lease from August the 1st to the end of it on April 30th 2025, the price per month is $1600 plus 1 month rent for the deposit. The room is huge, basically a studio apartment with a private half bathroom, independent entrance and independent access to the common backyard.

You will share the kitchen and a larger bathroom w/ bathtub with 2 roommates that live upstairs. One of the roommates has 2 cats, who are very sweet and quiet and only stay upstairs, mostly in her room.

The roommates are professional females in their 30s, very nice and respectful. We use a group chat on Whatsapp to share info and communicate.

The neighborhood is walkable, quiet, young. There are parks, delis, laundromats, cafes around and also a few nice restaurants/eating spots, a couple of good neighborhood bars (ask me suggestions, I’ll be happy to suggest my fav spots :) )

The apartment is located in East Bushwick very close to the Evergreen Cemetery, served by 3 different trains, L (Bushwick Av-Aberdeen St), J (Chanucey St), A-C (Rockaway Av). A rough idea of the distance to Manhattan: Union Square is a 30 minutes train trip away.

The space is furnished, but there is plenty of storage space left for you (see pics). If you are interested in taking over my lease we can arrange for me to sell the furniture/rent the place furnished.
