I’m looking for a special, cool, neat, artsy roommate to share my sweet 2 bedroom apartment in prime Bushwick!
The room being offered is huge! Currently furnished with a full sized bed, shelf, couch(sleeper), tv stand, and bedside table (can be UNfurnished as well), a private entrance, and direct access to a backyard!

Also open to couples if the vibes are right and the price is moderately adjusted.

The backyard would essentially be yours to do with as you’d like! Because it is directly attached to your room, I wouldn't ever use it unless you gave me access or invited me back there for a beer or sunbathing!

House “rules”/vibes-
No tobacco smoking inside
Cleaning up after kitchen use is a MUST as we are on the first floor with a backyard so we wanna be diligent about keeping critters out!
Must be on time with rent as I’m in very good standing with the landlord and wanna keep it that way.
I’m definitely okay with friends/SO’s coming over, hanging out, etc. As long as everyone is respectful of the surrounding neighbors and doesn’t make too much noise after 10pm.
