Looking for a roommate in my 2 bedroom in Ridgewood! The room available is large and fits a queen-size bed with space for a desk, has huge windows, and small closet space (but it does the trick). Apartment has a comfortable living room, 1 bathroom, outdoor space for coffee and hangs, and a small kitchen (but it does the trick). Laundry is half a block away. It's close to the Seneca M or Myrtle-Wyckoff L/M. Ample groceries and cafés. Great for people who work downtown and students.

My name is Chase (he/him), I am a teacher and grad student who spends most of the days out of the house and spend my nights during the week studying. On weekends I try to stay busy either with friends or school. I am pretty clean, spend a lot of time reading or listening to podcasts, really only watch TV once a year when the new season of Emily in Paris airs.

Security deposit is $1055 for a year lease. No pets please. The landlord will want to do a background check. He's easy to get along with, very accommodating, and quick to respond. I am a teacher and in grad school so spend most of my days out of the house.
