About This Lister
I'm posting for my dear friend, the artist whose glorious space this is, while she prepares for the adventure that is taking her away from her beloved loft!
I will also be managing the rental for her. I am an actress and writer, and I live around the corner! I manage several short-term rentals in my own world as well.

Full rent and security deposit will be due at lease signing.
We will consider one pet.
Pets Policy
We prefer no pets though we love animals, just to avoid any additional issues. But we would consider one pet for the right person (and the right, extremely well behaved easy, pet!).
