I am looking for a Studio/1 BD for a 11/1 - 11/15 move in with a 2700 max budget.
Preferably somewhere of the A,C,2,3,F,Q, 4,5,G,L trains (Clinton Hill, Crown Heights, Prospect Heights, Boerum Hill, BedStuy, etc..) Not seeking a roommate.

A 12 month lease / sublet is ideal but not a deal breaker.
Can come furnished or unfurnished as I don't have much furniture.
