A bright and clean space is important to me. Size and kitchen are not as important. Preferences include: Elevator building or single floor walk-up, close to subway, and convenient laundry. Of course it would be nice if it had high ceilings, closet space, and a city view.

Location: Manhattan between Central Park and FiDi. Open to lower UWS, Long Island City, Roosevelt Island, close in Brooklyn. I would like my commute to Columbus circle to be less than 30 minutes. Favorite neighborhoods include: Chelsea, the Village, Chinatown, LES, and Hells Kitchen.

My life is dedicated to art. If I'm not making art, viewing art, or doing other arty stuff like openings, its fashion. I will have a painting studio(desperately seeking studio space in same neighborhoods) and I study at Art Students League on 57th, so I will mostly be out of the home. I am also a fashionista and I style people.

I can enjoy a movie on the couch, but I like to go out - to museums, art events, galas and other big events, and dancing.

I have a nice fully automatic espresso machine that makes pretty good lattes, so not only do you get unsolicited fashion advice, you get free lattes too.
