This apartment is my pride and joy!! The unit is the full third floor in a three-floor apartment building. It's fully furnished and decorated, clean and tidy with lots of character. The layout is unique and cozy. The kitchen is fully functional with more than enough counter space for cooking. The living room doubles as a music studio - you're welcome to play the piano, I'd just ask that you please leave any recording equipment untouched unless otherwise discussed.

The neighborhood is special, the street itself is quiet and calm, and a short walk to the end of the block reveals the lively Graham/Metropolitan intersection, in close proximity to bars and cafes galore.

Transportation couldn't be more convenient. as the place is a 2-minute walk from the Graham L stop. This gives you a 10-min ride to 1st Ave in Manhattan, quick access to deeper Brooklyn, and one stop away from the G train.

The laundromat I go to is a 3-minute walk away on Graham, called Lavanderia Express IV. I will leave my laundry card that you can load up with cash and use at your leisure!

The neighbors on Floor 1 and 2 are very sweet and kind, and it is of the utmost importance that we respect their privacy! We treat each other like family here in the building.

My name is Charlie, I'm a professional touring musician and songwriter from Michigan. I graduated in 2019 and I've lived in New York for 6 years. I love to keep a tidy space with lots of character and a creative vibe to it. I'm leaving town for work the month of July which is why I'm subletting my space! I have a great relationship with my landlord Mike, who really cares about his tenants. He is cautious about who comes and goes in the building, so it's important that whoever lives here in July respects the space and the other tenants (not too loud, not many visitors, always locking door, etc).
