I’m moving back to NYC on 9 August for work after 4 years in London and I am in need of a furnished sublet for about 5-6 months until my husband can transfer his work and join me in the city, around Dec/Jan. I'm looking for a furnished, private apartment (larger studio - 1 bedroom), ideally with utilities included. No roommates. No pets, non-smoker.

Budget between 2.8-3.2K monthly, depending on space and neighborhood.

Relatively flexible on neighborhood: open to anywhere in UWS, Harlem, Lower East Side, Park Slope, South Slope, Carroll Gardens, Boreum Hill, Fort Green, even Jersey City (near transit)
