hi! my partner, myself, and our sweet cat are looking for a furnished apartment between august 24 and september 27. we are moving out of the country in late september/ october, and looking for a place to call home between when our current lease ends and our move.

our dates are slightly flexible. ideally we'd like to stay in north or central brooklyn, but open to lower manhattan (trying to keep our commutes simple!)

a little more about us ... we've lived in brooklyn together since 2019. i am a social worker and my girlfriend is a software engineer. in our free time, we like to cook, read, and make art (i make ceramics and my girlfriend primarily draws & sews). we are incredibly clean and respectful, and i promise to leave your space cleaner than we found it :) our cat is part russian blue, so he tends to shed very little. that said, i am happy to pay for a professional cleaning at the end of the sublet, if preferred.

we were in our last apartment for 5 years, and can share our super/ landlord as a reference. also happy to share professional references, etc.
