My husband and I live in the Hudson Valley and work in the city often, and are looking for a crash pad in either Manhattan or Brooklyn to split with people looking for a similar situation! Ideally both groups would be there sometimes, gone sometimes, and would communicate about when etc. Sublet is grand, dates are flexible, small is fine!
