I am renting out my beautiful 2-bedroom space from July 2nd-August 7th.
This isn’t just an apartment—it’s a living, breathing source of inspiration. Once the home to a featured artist in the MoMA, this space holds a creative charge that’s deeply felt. As a former rock musician, I’ve found my own artistry reignited here—songs written, ideas sparked, projects born. The energy flows, and so does life: we’re in the hub, with every form of transportation to every part of the city just moments away. It’s the perfect balance of quiet creativity and total connectedness.
So welcome artists to our peaceful two-bedroom loft. It’s a quiet retreat tucked right into the energy of Manhattan—spacious, soulful, and full of little comforts.
The kitchen is well-loved and fully stocked (KitchenAid mixer, Vitamix, toaster/air fryer, and more). I love to cook here, but you’re also surrounded by incredible restaurants if you’d rather order in.
There’s a cozy living room my kids adore, a big red leather chair perfect for curling up with a book, and a dining table that’s hosted many dinners and conversations, as well as a work space overlooking 42nd st.
This space has held a lot of love, laughter, and creativity. I hope it brings you the same.
I am a musician, writer, playwright, energy healer, and mom of three amazing kids. I have lived around the world -Thailand, Ireland, London, and California - but New York is always where I come back to. My home is filled with art projects and furniture from the places I have lived. I am warmhearted and love that people have a good experience in my home.
This is where I live
