Eligible Tenant Profiles
The mobility lease is a legally defined contract reserved for people in a situation of temporary mobility. Only the following profiles are eligible:
• Student in higher education
• Intern (internship agreement required)
• Employee on a temporary assignment or professional relocation
• Person in vocational training, apprenticeship or civic service
A supporting document proving eligibility must be provided at lease signing (internship agreement, employment contract, enrolment certificate, etc.).
