Truly, the best apartment I've ever lived in in NYC.

Bedroom could be furnished but ideally looking for someone with at minimum their own mattress and frame!

NEIGHBORHOOD
B/Q train 7 min walk, F train 10 min walk from apartment.

2 great gyms, lots of coffee shops, restaurants, post office, good library branch, farmer's market, bars, 2 bookstores all within 10 min walk. Prospect Park is less than a mile (under 20 min walk). Ditmas Park neighborhood 5 min walk.

Generally quiet area, building has 12 units (6 floors), all families and couples and kind people. Very responsive super; any repairs have gotten fixed quickly in the past.

YOU:
Are kind, communicative, willing to share cleaning duties of the common space.

Accessibility -- no stairs to enter building or apartment, the lobby is ground floor and elevator goes directly to apartment front door. (there are 2 staircases for fire safety inside building)
Rooms have working sprinkler system and smoke detectors for fire safety.
Bedroom is 10'x12' and faces a tree / the backs of other apartments rather than the street, so very quiet!

About This Lister

YOU WOULD BE LIVING WITH:
35 yr old woman who works as a theater director/producer and web designer. She often works from home in the common space (with headphones on for any calls), but when she’s in rehearsal she’ll be gone most of the time. She enjoys cooking, long walks in the neighborhood, seeing shows, budget antiquing, and driving (she has a car!) to the beach.
