I am the owner of the apartment and used to spend more time in NYC. Right now I am pretty much living overseas. Looking for someone to open the family mail and look after the space etc. Have mostly had friends staying in the flat so am a bit nervous about finding the right person as we're basically like roommates although I am not there :)
