Third Floor – Living room with a record player, cloud sofa, and wall-to-wall books.

Fourth Floor – King bed, private stretch/yoga nook, and your own sunny balcony.

Outdoor Spaces:

Ground Floor Patio – Fire pit, lounge seating, perfect for evenings.

Bedroom Balcony – First light and morning coffee views.

3 bathrooms. 1 spacious bedroom. Total peace in the middle of everything.

This home is very clean, well-maintained, and full of good energy. I’m looking for someone who will treat it with care — respectful, tidy, and mindful of the space.

I’ll be in Canada for the summer, so the loft is available from late June through August. Monthly sublet preferred.
