Includes a private entrance, and courtyard with views overlooking Highland Park, Griffith Park, Glendale and the Verdugo mountains, lush plants, trees and bougainvillea throughout, double french doors that open to a fully furnished studio with modern concrete floors, a queen bed, living room area, dining table, kitchenette and new bathroom.

A few things to note:

Dates flexible: anywhere from 1-5 months

Shares a property with our house, but is detached with a separate entrance. The only shared space is the laundry located in the garage

Minimal kitchen setup: medium sized fridge, sink, microwave and toaster oven. Not ideal if you love to cook a lot.

Suitable for someone in town for work or traveling and just needs a clean, peaceful homebase

Lots of street parking available
