My bright and spacious one-bedroom is available for a Dec sublet from Dec 4th to Jan 9th while I'm traveling for a wedding! I adore this place and am looking for someone clean and respectful to stay while I'm out of town. The apartment has a massive bedroom, a home office, spacious living area, open kitchen, and the cutest dining nook. There are large windows throughout the apartment, a mega comfy couch, big work desk (with the option to set up two), a dining nook, open kitchen, and a comfortable queen-sized memory foam mattress. For the winter I've set up a HEATED mattress pad and heated couch blankets, which makes the space extra cozy. It's on the 3rd floor of an elevatored building!

The place comes furnished, but my private belongings will be locked away while you're here, leaving a large closet and dresser for your belongings.

The apartment is 5 minutes walk from the Church Ave B/Q, which is a 20 min straight shot into Manhattan (one of my favorite views, since its an overground train!), a 20 min walk to the 2/5 trains, and a 10-minute walk to Prospect Park. Citibike station on the block, and it's right across from an amazing, super clean laundromat. Within the immediate vicinity there's a Target, Starbucks, and a bunch of gyms off Church Ave. The neighborhood is lively and super convenient to get around from!

The place is perfect for one person or a couple. It's a smoke-free building, and please, no parties, and no pets. We don't wear shoes in the house. It's 2800 per month, or 800/ week, and we can pro-rate if needed. All utilities and wifi included, and Jan 9 is a hard move-out date.
