My bright and spacious one-bedroom is available for a summer sublet from 1st June to 8th September (slightly flexible on both ends) while I'm traveling for the summer! I adore this place and am looking for someone clean and respectful to stay while I'm out of town. The apartment has a massive bedroom, a home office, spacious living area, open kitchen, and the cutest dining nook. There are large windows throughout the apartment, a mega comfy couch, big work desk (with the option to set up two), a dining nook, walking pad to get the steps in, and a comfortable queen-sized memory foam mattress. Also pertinent for summer – a window AC in the living room and a strong standing fan + portable AC in the bedroom. It's on the 3rd floor of an elevatored building!

The place comes furnished, but my private belongings will be locked away while you're here, leaving a large closet and dresser for your belongings.

The apartment is 5 minutes walk from the Church Ave B/Q, which is a 20 min straight shot into Manhattan (one of my favorite views, since its an overground train!), a 20 min walk to the 2/5 trains, and a 10-minute walk to Prospect Park. Citibike station on the block, and it's right across from an amazing, super clean laundromat. Within the immediate vicinity there's a Target, Starbucks, and a bunch of gyms off Church Ave. The neighborhood is lively and super convenient to get around from!

The place is perfect for one person or a couple. It's a smoke-free building, and please, no parties, and no pets. We don't wear shoes in the house. It's 3000 per month, or 850/ week, and we can pro-rate if needed. All utilities and wifi included. Preference will be given to someone who can take it for the entire time.
