My somatic and energy-based practice is part relationship coaching, part pattern interruption, part magic. In any given session, we will talk through a relationship goal or challenge, connect with emotions and memories in your body, tap into your sensual expression, open to frequencies like Kundalini and Reiki (among many others), and go on gentle subconscious journeys.

You will experience a seamless blend of chatting as usual as we also access the natural magic and psychedelic nature of your own body where the wisdom of your emotions guide the way—no added substances or drugs necessary.

This is work that transforms and lands you firmly in your goals without forcing, fixing, or endless talking without resolution. We do this by clearing the noise from your system, building capacity for what's next, and training your mind, heart, body, and soul how to hold the reality of big life and love. (I call this BDE: Big Devotion Energy.)

I have degrees in psychology and management, and, once upon a time, wore suits and ran around fancy marble hallways carrying folders as an assistant and an advisor at a federal agency.
