Hello! I will be traveling this summer and am subletting my 2BR apartment in Flatbush (Midwood, specifically).

Living room, dining room, incredible kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom is functionally an office), 1 bath, front porch. 2 window A/C units.

The apartment is in an Orthodox Jewish neighborhood -- about a 20 min walk to the bars/restaurants/cafes of Cortelyou Rd. This apt is perfect for someone who needs to be near enough to get to the action but likes to be tucked away from it all at the end of the day!

6 minute walk to Ave J Q train. For reference, I work in midtown and have friends in Park Slope / Prospect Hts -- it takes me about 50 minutes to get into midtown, and 30 min door-to-door to see friends in PS/PH.

2400 for a single person, 2700 for two!

Looking for very low-key person/people to sublet -- no parties, no guests, no pets, etc. The apartment is in a close-knit, culturally observant (Orthodox Jewish) neighborhood, so we’re seeking someone who will be mindful of that (for instance, things like sunbathing on the front porch wouldn’t really be a fit with the vibe here!)
