This is a spacious, light and wholly unique apartment in an old converted school, set across two floors with a unique spiral staircase from the living area to the bedroom, bathroom and work station upstairs.

On the ground floor you will find a generous open plan living room with tall ceilings and well stocked kitchen. There is a smart television with access for guests to login to streaming services. There is also an in-house washing machine on this level.

Upstairs you will find a double bedroom, bathroom with bath, as well as a dedicated work/study space with WiFi on the mezzanine.

The flat is a few minutes walk from Holloway Road tube (Piccadilly Line) and 10 minutes walk from Highbury & Islington (Victoria Line). You can arrive at Oxford Street tube door to door in under 30 minutes. There are lots of nice pubs and cafes in the area.

There is also access to a generous and sun bathed private outdoor courtyard.

It is a bright and open plan space with big windows. There are blinds but if you need a very dark blacked-out room to sleep this isn’t the right choice.

This apartment is my home so belongings will remain. But it will be completely set up for guests, with generous drawer and hanging space.

I am travelling over the summer and am flexible on dates, but would prefer longer stays as I will not be able to accommodate the admin of shorter stays from abroad. Depending on work, there may be availability to extend longer.
