My name is Sam, and I am looking to lease a private back house, ADU, or duplex with a fenced yard space for myself and a medium sized, very sweet dog. I can commit to a year lease upon signing.

WHO I AM:
A professional artist working in the animation industry. My job is to draw and write jokes. I love it. I have a medium sized mutt who is incredibly well behaved and charms everyone she meets. Some have described her as "the platonic ideal of a dog." We both enjoy having outdoor space and spending time in nature.

WHERE I'M LOOKING:
I would love to land somewhere in Highland Park, Mt. Washington, Eagle Rock, Echo, Park, Silverlake, Los Feliz, Atwater, Altadena, or Lincoln Heights.

MY BUDGET/MOVE IN DATE:
Preferably $2500 or lower. Ideally I am looking to move in the second week of October, but open to negotiating.

AMENITIES I'D LIKE:
The only thing I would really, really like is a yard. Everything else is negotiable.
