I'm a professional photographer looking for a furnished Manhattan apt for May 26 or 27 through May 30. I will be in NYC for work and my long-distance boyfriend will also be joining me and working remotely. We meet in NYC often, and I'm just seeing if there is perhaps a random good fit for a sublet for that week vs a hotel, as that is always a challenge to be in literally one room with him working remotely and me having early morning photoshoots. Extremely quiet, respectful, responsible, professional, no smoking -- can send @irbnb reviews or other professional listings. Manhattan only - LES, East Village, Soho, Chelsea, Tribeca, West Village or UWS. Very comfortable bed, nice light, and fast internet desired.

Flex on budget, prefer somewhere "nicer" and comfortable/chic vs ultra-budget. (Can also swap for a charming one bedroom in Chicago if the dates randomly align for you!).
