Hi all, My husband, daughter (1 year old), and I are moving to the Philly area from Connecticut in late June/early July as my job is relocating to south Jersey. We are a young, professional family - very respectful, no smoking, no pets. We are hoping to find a home to purchase and in the meantime are considering short term rentals as temporary housing. Looking for furnished space with 2+ bedrooms, washer/dryer, one parking spot (ideal) or easy street parking. Open to Philly or NJ suburbs. Budget is $3500.
