Looking for a solid building (we love older, pre-war) with lots of light and closet space and a good kitchen.
Quiet parts of neighborhoods are preferred.
We are in our 40's and have been living in the city for over 20 years.

We love the neighborhoods of Ft. Greene/Clinton Hill all the way west toward Carroll Gardens. Members of BAM, Center for Fiction, Botanical Gardens.

We love a unique space that is clean and taken care of, has character and is built to last even if it is not shiny and perfect looking. A place we can make our own and stay long term.

We are quiet and focused and connected to the community around us.

We have been living in Ft. Greene in a 1.5 bedroom for the past 5 years but our rent is rapidly spiraling upward, and we can no longer pay what they are asking.
