Looking for a long term stay in a room or studio apartment in the Belmont/Fordham area of the Bronx. Open to either furnished or unfurnished places, also open to a or multiple roommates. Big supporter of tidy common spaces and do whatever you’d like with your own space. I enjoy cooking and baking, so something more than a kitchenette would be preferred. Though, in general I’m a pretty open-minded and flexible guy when it comes to living situations.

I’m a 22 y/o man (he/him) who just graduated from college. I’m headed to the area from St Louis because I’m going to be a high school chemistry teacher. I love the arts and creative ventures and have been really into whittling and making sculptures as of late. I have a real fondness for the natural world, with a particular soft spot for climbing trees (see above picture). I was a DJ for my campus radio station, and love exploring and talking about all types of music. I’m a pretty social guy, but also having shared living spaces for most of my life, I try to be pretty good about giving people space. I have a queer long distance partner who might be the occasional overnight guest, but on the flip side you will also have a space to yourself more often. Don’t hesitate to reach out!
