Hi Listers!

I am looking for interim housing ASAP from September 1 until the end of October. I will be starting a new job in September that requires me to commute to Washington Heights M-F full-time so a place within close proximity to public transit would be preferred. My dog is crated while I am at work and sleeps all day.

Preferences:
Pet friendly (I have a tiny dog)
Private room or Studio Apt
Furnished if possible, will self-furnish if needed
Close to public transit (proximity to A/1 trains would be amazing)

About This Lister

I am Nicole, I am 42 years old and bring with me a tiny 10-11yr old female dog named Ziggy Stardust. I am quiet when home, rarely home during the day (I often take my dog with me unless I'm going work), and in general I am very tidy and organized. Happy to help with cooking meals and shared chores in a shared living arrangement.

I moved to NYC this June from LA after years of working bi-coastal. I am currently subletting (and petsitting for the tenant) in Harlem through the end of August however the permanent apartment I am set to move into this fall in Hudson Heights will not be available until the end of October as the friends I am taking over the lease from are waiting on their Visas before they can move abroad.
