Hi -- I’m looking for someone to take over my fully furnished 2BR apartment for the month of January while I’m traveling. The space is on the border of Crown Heights and East Flatbush on a quiet block with great light throughout the day.

The apartment has two real bedrooms — one is my main bedroom with a super comfortable bed and a cooling sleep setup, and the second is a flexible office/guest room with a full desk workstation. It’s been a great space for working from home.

The living room is warm and inviting with big windows and plants, and it opens onto a private balcony that gets nice fresh air even in winter. The kitchen is fully stocked if you like to cook, and the whole place is set up to feel easy and lived-in (in a good way).
