Located on 2nd Ave near Rupert Park, the nearest subway stations are the Q entrance at 93rd street or the 86th St Q. The 4/5/6 trains are also nearby.

There are many grocery stores nearby as well as some amazing NY institutions like Schaller & Weber and Milano Market! Hot Cocoa at Glace has been our favorite treat recently and is just a short walk away.

The apartment was recently renovated and features high ceilings, large windows, and clean finishes throughout. The water pressure and hot water are excellent. Fios internet is installed, and the 64” television includes Apple TV.

There is a dishwasher in the kitchen; however, there is no laundry in the unit or building.

The apartment is on the 5th floor of a walk-up building.
The building does not allow pets.
Parties are not allowed.
