Come stay in my tranquil Japanese style Bedstuy apartment! Looking for someone for the period between February 23 to March 23. (Beginning and Ending date flexible)
About the space: The apartment is located on the 2nd floor walk up in the brown stone building. There are two rooms, front room facing south and back room facing north. The entrance to the apartment is in the backroom.
The backroom has a view of backyard with squirrels and birds, and has a kitchen, bathroom, dinning area and tatami mat for relaxation and sleeping. There is fold-out futon on tatami mat which you can easily put away (or not). The kitchen has all the basic appliances such as oven/stove, microwave, toaster and blender. The bathroom has toilet and tub with shower.
The front room gets a lot of sun during the day and has a large working desk, wooden bench/couch, close drawers and closet.
The unit has high speed internet (fios).
Located in Bedstuy, five minutes walk from C train. Close to all the amenities including great restaurants on Malcolm X avenue and more.

In order to secure the apartment you will have to pay the entire fee plus security deposit ($500). The deposit will be returned in full if the apartment is returned in the condition I have provided.
In addition $100 for cleaning fee.
