Hi! I’m Alida (she/her) — a 33-year-old freelance producer, performer, & event organizer originally from NY 🗽. I love theatre, poetry, & trying out new recipes. I've lived in this building for 2+ years & really love it!

As a roommate, I'm very much a "clean as I cook" type — especially as a cat owner to Baloo — 5 yo Russian Blue with a personality of a dog (he’s the best). I take pride in keeping shared spaces tidy & making sure the home feels aesthetically. I currently don't WFH & I'm usually out Fridays-weekend. I’ll unwind in common areas or catch up on chores. In the warmer months, you’ll often find me in the yard — morning coffee with kitty or occasionally hosting a dinner with friends.

I really value a balance of social time & personal space. I love catching up over a drink or a quick chat about our days, but also totally respect alone time & privacy. I want this to feel like our space, not just somewhere you moved into — a home we both take care of & make our own together!
