Hi, I’m Chris, a filmmaker from Greece currently enrolled in NYU’s graduate film program. I’ve been living in this apartment since August 2025 with my partner, J, who works as a costume design assistant and dresser Off-Broadway.
We’re looking to pass on our apartment to someone financially stable—or with a guarantor—who’s seeking a long-term, affordable place in the city.
