For the month of June. A little +/- on either side ok, but generally this is a one month rental for June.
A rare find for the 2026 World Cup or anyone wanting a month by the beach: a light-filled, character-rich Venice Beach house perfectly positioned for both the excitement of the games and the best of LA's west side.
Built in 1920 during the era of Venice's famous canals, the house has been fully restored — new electrical, plumbing, and fiber internet — while keeping the beautiful original bones. Inside, it's peaceful and well-appointed: a modern kitchen with dishwasher, automatic coffee, sodastream and ice maker; in-unit laundry; Sonos throughout; full A/C and heat; Apple TV and game consoles; and two separate desk setups for working. A queen pull-out in the office converts to a second bedroom, comfortably sleeping up to 4.
The location is incredible. The house sits on the Venice/Marina Del Rey border, at the intersection of three of Venice's best walking areas: the beach and boardwalk, the historic Venice Canals, and the Marina del Rey peninsula to the south. The harbor beach nearby is great for paddleboarding; the Venice Pier has the best surf break in the neighborhood with lessons available. The Whaler and Hinano's — Venice's oldest dive bar — are both within a block.
For World Cup visitors: The Rose Bowl in Pasadena hosts Group Stage and Knockout matches, and SoFi Stadium in Inglewood hosts matches through the Final. Both are 30–45 minutes by car. Venice Beach is a natural home base to experience the best of LA within reach of the games.
The front yard (shared with a downstairs neighbor) has a fire pit, picnic table, and a beach rinse hose. The private upstairs deck is a great spot to unwind. Plenty of local recommendations on request.
