Hi, my partner and I are subletting our whole, furnished 3rd floor 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment overlooking Riverside Park for the month of June (start and end dates flexible)!

It's a spacious apt (750sqft) in an elevator building with a full kitchen, shared laundry in a quiet neighborhood with good street parking.

It is only 2 blocks from the 1 stop at 125th street and a 15 minute walk to the A B C D lines.

We also have two lovely and easy cats that we're hoping our subletter could feed once a day. We've reduced the rent by $300 to account for this.

I've attached a few photos, which we took when we first moved in so it doesn't show the art up/ our TV, but it really is a beautiful space, next to Riverside Park and literally steps from Sakura park and an entry onto the greenway running/bike path.

Happy to do a video call if you wanted to get a better sense of the space or had further questions!

If you wanted to make space for a second person/ bed, we also have a comfy fold up queen mattress that can fit in the living room or the bedroom (our guests are always asking where we bought it from !!)

utilities and internet are all included in the rental price. :-)
