I’m subletting my room in a 2BR apartment in Hell’s Kitchen for June. This is a great short-term option if you're looking for centrally located in Manhattan!

The room is small but quiet and full of natural light. It’s unfurnished, though I’m leaving behind a bed frame and comfy, clean mattress. You’ll be sharing the apartment with one lovely, respectful flatmate who’s lived here for a while and keeps things clean and calm.

The location is excellent—right in the middle of Hells Kitchen on 9th Ave, with incredible bars, restaurants, and theatre on our doorstep. We’re a 10-minute walk to Bryant Park, 15 minutes to Central Park, and about 10 minutes to the Hudson River if you like evening walks or weekend runs. Subway access is easy: 9 minutes to the C/E at 50th, 10 minutes to the N/R/W at 49th, and about 15 minutes to 59th St–Columbus Circle for the 1, A, B, C, and D trains.

Looking for someone responsible and tidy to take over for the last month, and there's a possibility to renew the lease if agreed before 1 June . Happy to answer questions or set up a time for you to come by.
