This is an ideal opportunity for the right person. This sublet is a unique share in a narrow but cozy railroad apartment (one room follows another) in a wonderful part of Brooklyn. We are subletting the entire unit except for the street-facing front room which we use as an office space (this room is closed off to the rest of the apartment and has a separate entrance). You will exclusively have the rest of the unit which includes a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and entry/living/office space.
Here are a few additional details:
Located one flight up in a pre-war, walk up building, this furnished apartment features a bedroom with a full size bed and a small closet. The room is dark and quiet with an internally-facing window. Next to it is a "bonus/entrance room" which currently has a small couch but could become your office or workspace. The kitchen is fully equipped (pots/pans, china/glassware/utensils, etc.), has a table and two chairs, additional storage and gets some natural light as it faces the backyard. The bathroom has a full size tub/shower.
This unit is in a well maintained building with older finishes and character. The building has good vibes, good neighbors and an attentive landlord. The building only has six units, all neighbors are friendly and respectful and have lived there a long time.
