Hi there, we are away for two months during the summer. You get everything plus gorgeous river + downtown view (from 30+ floor). Close to the UN, NYU, East Village etc. Close to all major groceries and feel free to use our scooter.

King size bed in the primary bedroom and queen size beds in the boys' bedrooms.

If you will take only one room, we charge for 6,000. The second room will be 1,500 plus, and the third 1,000 plus (totally 8,500).
