The apartment looks out onto a view of DTLA, the tall ceilings and large windows create a bright environment that makes it easy to stay indoors, and with the balcony door closed you wouldn't even know you're in Koreatown. The balcony offers a little retreat where you can sit with your morning coffee taking in the views. The apartment is fully equipped with a washer and dryer, dishwasher, an espresso machine and more. It comes with a parking space, wifi and utilities included in the total. There is valet trash, a dog wash, gym, pool and hot tub, plus a game area and common rooms around the building that have free wifi.

The apartment is centrally located, only a few blocks away from a grocery store, cute cafes and great restaurants. If you have a dog that's under 40lbs, I'd be open to seeing how to accommodate that!
