My 1BR garden apartment is available during this period for short stays (with a discount on the daily rate available for week+ stays or the whole period). I have some flexibility on both start and end dates!

It's on a landmark block in a beautiful brownstone and you'll have this floor to yourself. There's a private entrance and lots of historic details balanced with a recently renovated bathroom and kitchen. All utilities (gas, electric, internet, water) will be included. There's an additional $225 cleaning fee that will be included on all stays.

Bed Stuy is a beautiful neighborhood full of rich history and friendly neighbors. There's a lot of great bars and restaurants nearby including Delores, Hatch, Ursula, Barker, Frog, Barb's, Bunny, Corto, Bad Luck Bar, Bar Camillo, Daphne's and many more.

Accessibility: There are two steps down to the apartment and a narrow angled hallway which makes it not possible for wheelchair access.
