Sublet my beloved apartment! I’ve been in this unit for over 5 years and have put a lot of love into setting it up. I keep it very clean and organized.

I’m flexible on the timing - can go a few days longer, and potentially have sublet available through Jan/Feb so let me know your situation if you’re looking beyond the one month.

Queen bed, fully equipped kitchen (I cook!), separate living/dining room, including separate work spaces with monitors at either end of the apartment (so it’s easy for two people to be on two video calls at once.) I will clear out drawer and closet space for you and store some of my personal items.

FiOs wifi. No dishwasher or washing machine; 2 laundromats are in walking distance and I do have a grannycart.

The unit is on the second floor (up one flight of stairs) of an 8 unit pre-war building. Bedroom at the back and quiet from street noise.

It’s a 6-minute walk from either the Morgan or the Jefferson stop on the L-train, super central to all the very best of Bushwick.
