I am the current tenant, and will require that someone signs onto the lease or signs a new one. I need to remove myself from the lease due to tax reasons.

I love this apartment and the landlord! I work from home 5 days and week, and love that the apartment has enough space and light to allow me to do so. I have been very happy here!
