We rent a beautiful, spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment with a balcony within a 5 minute walk of the Montrose L station. We have lived in this building for 6 years. We are planning to travel for the holidays and would love to open our home to a couple or small family during the time that we are away.
We have a washer/dryer in the unit. We have a spacious L shaped sectional, a dining table and a king sized bed.
We are fine with house-broken dogs in the home for an additional fee to cover cleaning costs.
We are very friendly with our neighbors in our hallway as well as below and above us. We ask that you do not play loud music at inconvenient times (past 11pm or before 9am) or throw parties in the apartment.
No smoking. No cats.
