We’ve absolutely loved living here and are looking for someone who will enjoy the space and neighborhood as much as we do. It’s a cozy spot to come home to after exploring the city, with great light during the day and a super comfortable setup for cooking, working, or just relaxing on the couch with a movie. The block feels friendly and you’re steps away from great coffee, groceries, and restaurants. If you’re looking for an easy, comfortable winter base in NYC where you can really settle in and feel at home, this is it.

Located on 2nd Ave near Rupert Park, the nearest subway stations are the Q entrance at 94th street or the 86th St Q. The 4/5/6 trains are also nearby.

The apartment was recently renovated and features high ceilings, large windows, and clean finishes throughout. The water pressure and hot water are excellent. Fios internet is installed, and the 64” television includes Apple TV.

There is a dishwasher in the kitchen; however, there is no laundry in the unit or building.
