There is laundry in the basement and a very responsive live-in super.

5 minutes walk to B/Q at Prospect Park and about 10 minutes to 2/5 at Sterling and Nostrand; 20 mins to Manhattan. It's a 7-minute walk to Prospect Park as well!

Dates are somewhat flexible.

FYI: I have a small hypoallergenic dog (which will not stay in the apartment) but might be an issue for those with severe allergies.
