Downstairs is a third bedroom with a shared kitchen and access to a backyard with a garden. Free use of washer/dryer in the building. Tenant pays gas and electric.

The building is a wood frame townhouse built in early 1900s.

My husband and I own the townhouse where the unit is located; I work in marketing/writing. We do not live in the building, but are readily available for repairs and any other tenants' needs. We will be showing the space.
