I’m in love with the apartment and neighborhood, but will be moving in with my partner and would love to find someone to take over the apt for the remainder of my lease (thru 9/30/26). The sublet can turn into a new lease for the tenant as I will not be coming back.

I’m a 36 year old female with a Great Dane. We’ve loved the apartment because of its super tall ceilings and huge living area. Having mccarren park a block away has been awesome for nice dog walks and for meeting friends! Honestly, the location couldn’t be better - best of Williamsburg and Greenpoint in walking distance. I’ve gotten a lot of use out of the stunning rooftop with sun loungers and Manhattan skyline views!!
There are young single professionals and young couples and families in the building. Everyone is lovely!
